At CREATE, our staff isn’t just qualified—they are passionate professionals who bring warmth, expertise, and integrity to every interaction. Families can feel confident knowing their loved ones are supported by a team that values safety, respect, and care above all else.

Specialized Care for Your Child's Growth

At CREATE, our specialty staff are here to support both the behavioral and therapeutic needs of children in ways that feel safe, nurturing, and fun.

Behavioral Support Team

  • Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs), under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), work with children and classrooms to maintain calm, positive learning environments.
  • Registered Behavioral Therapists use proven Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to create individualized and group behavior plans, while also teaching families and teachers how to support children at home and school.
  • Our staff use Trauma‑Informed Behavior Support (TIBS), blending ABA with trauma‑sensitive care to build empathy, strengthen relationships, and encourage positive social skills.

Therapeutic Specialists

  • Work as part of the team to design and lead group activities that nurture children’s social‑emotional growth.
  • Focus on the therapeutic needs of school‑age students while using creative recreation—arts and crafts, drama, music, dance, sports, games, and field trips—as powerful tools for healing and growth.
  • Plan and implement interventions that help mitigate the effects of trauma, giving children safe spaces to express themselves and build resilience.

At CREATE, our staff combine science, creativity, and compassion to help every child feel supported, understood, and ready to thrive.
